A Saturday OOTD

So today wasn't a terribly exciting day for me but these things have to be done. I basically spent the whole day looking at different furniture shops as we are moving into our new house at the end of October :)!

I'm quite excited to decorate my room, does anyone know any good sites for interior designing, so I I can get an idea?

Blog Sale Items

So about a week ago Ashley tweeted about her blog sale....so I thought I would take a little peek. She was selling so many things for such a great price....I'm surprised I didn't buy more actually.

Anyway I bought a Jemma Kidd Fashion Junkie Eyeshadow Palette and a Victoria Secret make up bag, which is the perfect size to put in my bag when I'm on the go. It's pink yay!

I love the JK palette it has 9 colours in it, basically all neutral colours with a few eye popping colours, it's the perfect palette to take your eyes from a day to night look.....I will do swatches on another post. I was expecting the palette to be bigger for some reason, but I'm glad it's not as it's a great size to put in your bag if you want to touch up during the day!

Thank God For Samples

So everyone has been raving about Mario Badescu lately, so I figured it must be a good company right.

So off I went to look around their website, I ended up registering and doing an online consultation about my skin type. A couple of days later they sent me an email asking me if I would like some samples according to the results of my skin type consultation. Yes please....I wasn't going to turn down free samples :)

So here's the rundown of my skintype. I have dry and sometimes sensitive skin. Mario Badecsu is known for their use of Fresh fruit, botanicals and other natural ingredients, So I'm hoping their natural ingredients will be good for my skin.

Here are the samples.....It's always good to try before you buy right?

L-R: Orange Cleansing Soap & Aloe Lotion

Orange Tonic mask & Kiwi Face Scrub (This stuff smells amazing)

The Moisture Magnet, Seaweed Nightcream & Hyaluronic Eye Cream

It comes with a leaflet instructing you how to apply their products and a product brochure.

I have had a good experience with Mario Badescu so far and I hope it stays that way :)

If anyone has tried any of these products, Let me know what you think! Are they good?

I will do a review on them once I have used them all up!

My New Love For Wavy Hair and A Few New Goodies!

So this weekend I went to St Catherines to shop shop shop..... What else! Of Course I picked up a few things!

Forever 21 opened up on Saturday :), I was sooo happy and was expecting to buy loads but was so overwhelmed when I walked in there, the store is huge and the ques were massive both for the fitting rooms and the cash registers......I'm talking about a 30 minute to an hour wait for each. I just did not have the patience for that, so I think maybe another trip next weekend or online shopping!

These people must have been Forever 21 crazyyyyy!

Anyway here a few things I got from The Bay

Here is what i wore shopping that day, I really like my hair in this style. I washed my hair the night before, put them in plaits, woke up the next morning and Voila...... Hair done :) It's super easy and quick!

A Emerald EOTD & OOTD

Ok so I have been experimenting a bit with colour lately as I promised myself I would! Now I am not one of these girls that does really extravagant eye make up in the daytime for shopping, work, or a casual occasion!


I won't go OTT lets say, but the past week I have been doing a pretty neutral lid colour then jazzing it up with a pop of colour on my lower lashline. It works for me and I think it looks really pretty and have had a few compliments on my new love for colour!

8. I'm extremely indecisive. Your probably thinking how can I be indecisive and determined right? Well that's just me! 


9. I love animals, they are so cute!

A Subtle Sand EOTD

So I was in a bit of a rush this morning so I decided to do a neutral eye. I looked at it and thought this would be the perfect eye combo for school, the office or if you are just having a lazy day......
